Pub Food

After Disneysea, we headed back to Ikebukuro and passed this cute little pub so we decided to be adventurous and pop by to try it out!

The pub atmosphere was really relaxed and chilled out. I guess we drew quite a bit of attraction cause Sushi still had to wear her Minnie Mouse bridal headgear all the way.

The first obstacle we faced was that the menu was only available in Japanese with no photos of any sort. Thanks to the patient waiter with very basic English, we finally had our orders!

Gan Pei!!!! ( Cheers!!!!)

Don’t I look like a trucker after a long hard day of driving with my cap and my beer? Hehe…

Pub food wasn’t exactly filling enough for the girls so we headed to a joint nearby for noodles and soup. It was quite a bad decision though cause the noodles were not that great and there was a lecherous old customer that kept staring at us and trying to chat us up… very uncomfortable.

Look at my horrible bowl of wanton soup that was basically just skin!

We ate as fast as we could… and wanted to sprint off before that lecherous old man finished his food so he couldn’t follow us. Then Clara and Koji just left!!!! They left their shopping bags with us and forgot all about it. Koji wondered why Sushi and I took so long and came back to find us… lol… then she realized we had all the bags… we couldn’t just sprint!

On the way back to the hotel there’s this pet hotel that opens 24 hours. The dogs are sent there for massage, aromatherapy, micro-bubble baths and for play. Looks incredible luxurious! And it’s for dogs!

    ALLkinds,

Lol.. we did have a wonderful time. In fact the girls were considering to do Disneyland the next day after having so much fun in Disneysea… but time was tight so there wasn’t much adjustments we could do to our tight itinerary.
