One Saturday afternoon, after salsa lessons I was heading to the Singapore Flyer but accidentally ended up in South Pier. It was quite a nice detour actually cause I’m always up for finding new places in this little island.
It was a really hot day and I was looking forward to a nice cool drink. So when I saw this Mississippi steamboat replica housing 2 restaurants, I was really excited!
I didn’t get to have a meal here so one day I gotta come back with friends and check out this place. Apparently, if you have a min of 4 pax to a max of 15pax, they have a free shuttle service that will pick you up from the Shenton Way and Esplanade area.
It’s a wonderful view but a little too warm for my taste. So I guess the next time I go there it’ll probably be for dinner.
As I mentioned earlier, this was just an interesting unexpected detour. I’ll blog about my Singapore Flyer experience next. Really need to catch some sleep for now.
