A taste of home. I was surprise to find out that the Singapore seafood chain, Red House Restaurant, had a branch opened in Ho Chi Mhin. Famous for it’s Alaskan and chilli crab in Vietnam just as they are in Singapore. Of course, most of it was lost on me since I can’t have seafood but I did love the other dishes especially the pork floss toufu and salted fish with ikan bilis fried rice.
