Alright, she’s a young adult and not a kid anymore but in my eyes, my little sister is just a kid.
We celebrated her birthday at Hippopotamus Restaurant Grill. I kinda picked the dinner location out of a hat but it turned out to be a really great restaurant. The serving sizes were huge, food was pretty good and the staff were super friendly and efficient! I dropped my fork and one waltzed by with a replacement even before I could react!
They even helped me orchestrate a surprise birthday cake with sing-a-long for my sister! They don’t sell whole cakes there but they allow you to bring your own. I hope my sister had a memorable birthday celebration with the family as she turns 23.
