I’m so guilty of being the sort of person that snacks all the time. Between meals, watching tv, reading a book, while working. And since I’ve been back this week it’s been escalating!
I’ve been so busy with work and trying to get everything done so that my Christmas and New Year week can be more smooth-sailing with lots of time to RSVP to parties. The fact that I’ll be away most of January doesn’t help much either.
Usually I’ll go out for suppers with my friends but I haven’t had the luxury of time nor the mood to venture out on late night food escapades. So for this week, I’ve stayed up late every night at home , alternating between working on my reports and plannings for the office and playing bits of facebook games like fishville during my break intervals. Meanwhile, I keep munching on all sorts of snacks the whole night through!
I’ve ate so many packets of chips, chocolates, nuts, fruits, candies and cookies that I kinda got sick of it. But I still had an urge to snack… ( a really bad habit)! Luckily, I had a chance to stop by Bread Society before heading home today and scored myself some new late night munchies…
Lovely cheesecake! Not as rich as the usual New York cheesecakes which may not be a bad thing since it’s a late night munchie. 2 curry buns… one of my favorite type of buns… especially the Japanese fried versions.
And the most versatile one, a loaf of bread! This one has been infused with 5 different flavors on each slice.
Oh, and if you are wondering why there isn’t the usual outfit shots with this post, I’m currently working on a special project that required me to don a lab coat on some days. And my company’s logo is on the coat so I have to keep it discreet and not take any photos. I still would like to keep my work separated from my hobby of blogging. Everyone is entitled to their share of privacy. Don’t worry though I’ll keep the outfits coming in my other blog posts!
