On most days my breakfast is either a croissant with butter and a cup of hot chocolate or if I’m feeling famished, Turkish kebab with soda.
Food in Switzerland are generally pricey and cost about 40 to 50% more than most European countries. So I don’t usually splurge on food and eat for substance. My simple croissant and hot chocolate breakfast and the cafe easily costs about SGD14 . Even the cheapest food like a McDonalds meal is about SGD16 a person.
