Met my 2 good gal pals, SK and LP, for sunday brunch at PS Cafe, Palais Renaissance. I love this place! The decor has just the right balance of casual and classy. It’s almost like dining in a greenhouse. Lots of windows and light and gorgeous fresh flowers in their huge vases. I’ll definitely come back for brunch.
I had the portobello mushroom soup with rocket and truffle oil and it was really good! I loved my honeydew and rock melon juice as well… though the girls went for the passion fruit and dragon fruit mix.
LP had the Brunch Burger (chargrilled wagyu & u.s chuck pattie topped with fried egg, crisped bacon, onion ring and melted cheesy provolone on a toasted sesame bap served with pickle & tomato on the side and steak fries) and SK had the Big Nihon Salad (soy cured salmon with julienne kabocha, edamame, pea shoots, buckwheat noodles, cucumber, tofu & tomato tossed with caramelized ginger & toasted goma vinaigrette). All of which were pretty good and came in huge portions.
I went for Chicken In the Basket ( lightly breaded chicken tenders served with our house fries, veggie sticks and 2 dips), very simple and very very filling!
I had a great time catching up with these 2 busy ladies and look forward to meeting them again soon! They are such sweet and wonderful people!
After brunch I had to run some errands before heading over to my parent’s place for even more food!
Here are my outfit shots!

Minou,
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! The portions are quite big though.
