Wedding in Ipoh

The real reason I went up to Ipoh is to attend a friend’s wedding. It’s an Indian wedding so I brought along my colorful dress just for the occasion!

Just like the Indian weddings I’ve attended previously… this one was abound with colors! The dinner and ceremony was held at this gorgeous colonial city hall just opposite the picturesque Ipoh Railway station.

I absolutely adore the high ceilings and those chandeliers. I could almost imagine being transported back to the 1800s.

I sincerely wish Jiven and Sumithra all the best for their loving lives ahead. They make such a delightful couple!

Lastly, shots of my outfit. I do love the color combination of this piece.

    ladyshrewd,

I got the dress in Bangkok though I’ve seen similar pieces at FEP. All the stylists I used to have my hair done by at Maggie & Friends seem to have returned to Japan… I’ve yet to re-do my perms yet so I’ve no idea who is good now. You should go back and let them know if you are unhappy about your perm.
