Watsons Beauty Day out Part 2

I’m back to share some more new products and releases that you can find at Watsons now or very soon!! And I’m going to start with one of my favourite brands, Dolly Wink! I’m such a huge fan of their falsies and eyelash glue. I even have their eyelash case! Tsubasa Masuwaka is such a gorgeous genius when it comes to beautifying her dolly eyes.

Dolly Wink will be bringing in some new ranges of eyelashes and phasing out 2 of the current series. If you are a big fan as well, I suggest you better start stocking up!

As mentioned, I’m a big fan of Dolly Wink eyelashes. It’s either falsies or eyelash extensions by Lolita for me. I truly believe that lashes really open up your eyes and make you look a lot better. What I have not tried though is bottom lashes and I have been hesitant to try bottom lashes cause they seem a little OTT.

Kelly helped me to put on bottom lashes and assured me it won’t be OTT. She’s a total expert and took seconds to put them on. And I think that the bottom lashes were really pretty!!! I can use bottom lashes even if I have extensions on my upper lashes if I just want to look extra dolly.

Vichy was the next stop. We tried the textures and the smells of their whole range. It’s a dermatological brand that focuses on using spring water from the town of Vichy in France. Vichy is not a new product to me as I’ve done reviews on their products before. Their star product is probably the Vichy Spray that really helps to hydrate and calm all skin types and is suitable for sensitive skin. If you want to know what I feel about their Vichy spray, see the videos I made previously for Vichy.

Bio-essence is a long establish Singaporean brand name that has gone on to be loved in more than 15 international markets. They always try to push the boundaries to come up with unique products. One of their new products is their professional 3D face lifting essential oil. There is no need to mix this and you can apply it directly to your skin to massage and hydrate. I think this makes for a really good substitute for hand creams as you can hydrate your hands while giving yourself a short and easy hand massage. They demonstrated the oil with an hand massage for us and it felt so hydrated and relaxed after!

The other product from Bio-essence that caught my eye is their professional series bright eyes gold and platinum eye lifting essence. There are 2 sections of eye serum in each container and one side contains real gold flakes while the other side has real platinum flakes! You can’t get more luxurious then this! The gold flakes is catered specially for the eyelids and upper eye area while the platinum flakes are catered specially for the lower eye areas and reduces water retention especially around the  eye bags.

Next we have Marc Anthony, stylist to the stars! If you have been following beauty blogs, you might already be familiar with this brand. It was launched earlier this year exclusively at Watsons and the response was so wild that they went out of stock for quite some time! Yes, it is that good! Of course with such an extensive hair care range, you have to choose the products that are best suited for your hair.

A quick stylish session with the stylist on site and I immediately fell in love with the Beach Spray and 2nd Day Clear Dry Shampoo. I even recommended it to my regular hair stylist after the event and she too said that the results were really good with these 2 products!

Having good results with what I picked initially makes me want to try out other Marc Anthony products! Here’s Elaine with her lovely hair and the hair stylist that did all our hair.

The last brand I want to highlight is none other than L’oreal Paris. I’m sure it’s already a hot favorite with most girls.

When we first entered the room, it was staged like a crime scene and we had to look for the “clues” that resulted in the awful set of eyes that the “victim” had. It was such an innovative way of presenting to us and highlighting the importance of eye care. They even did a special video presentation. Thumbs up for the intriguing set up!

The newest product they are launching is the L’oreal Paris Youth Code Rejuvenating Eye Essence. Not too long ago, they launched the Youth Code Face essence that had tons of raves. I haven’t tried it but will be starting on it soon so I can share with you if I get the same results that everyone keeps telling me about!

Their Youth Code Eye Essence basically targets the eye with just one miracle drop each time. The eyes are the thinest and most sensitive part of our face yet we don’t always remember to take care of them *totally guilty!* But after hearing all that the Loreal team has told me I will definitely pay more attention to my eye care. Other than using Loreal Eye Essence that  delivers younger looking eyes in just 4 weeks, it is also important to take care of your eyes on a daily basis. No rubbing unnecessarily and to put sun block and wear sunglasses! I don’t want to age prematurely!!!

Thank you Watsons for letting me have a sneek peek into the exciting releases that will be available at Watsons store and for pampering me with all the beauty products and knowledge.  You’ve given me even more reasons to hang out at your stores and check out the many new products that I’m excited to use.
