Swiss cuisine

Swiss cuisine is kind of a mixture of French, Italian, German cuisine. Their traditional dishes are usually made of potatoes and cheese which I both love! My favorite is Rosti and sausages. I know it doesn’t sound exotic or exciting at all but it’s comfort food to me!

Of course when in Switzerland, one definitely have to try their very famous cheese fondue. Cheese fondue consists of a blend of cheeses, wine and seasoning. I think you must really love cheese and wine to enjoy this dish. I generally love cheese but I found the alcoholic content of my cheese fondue a little too heavy for my liking. I guess it’ll be a perfect dish on a cold winter evening. You can choose to order bread or meats to dip into the cheese fondue.
