Fries and furniture snooping

Sushi and I love truffle fries so every once in awhile we’ll meet up at PS cafe for our craving fix of truffle fries and some desserts. We usually go to the one at Dempsey so my godson Leo can run about in the open grass area when he’s bored of listening to girls gossip.

I’ve embarked on a new project and will be renovating one of the rooms in my home. It’s really incredibly difficult to renovate a home that you are living in and after 7 years, well, I’ve accumulated way too many things! My daily mantra is now ” Pack, Pack, Pack”. It’s tough because I’m so easily distracted and I much rather just hang out with my girlies.

But no pain, no gain. So I just have to bite the bullet and sort out all the items that have been sitting around in boxes in my spare room. I’ve not gained much weight at all until 2012. Suddenly I’m ballooning! Which means for the first time in years, I can’t fit into some of my clothes. That’s a double edge sword for me. On one hand I’m happy that it has forced me to massively clean out my wardrobe. And on the other hand, I don’t like it that fats only accumulate around my belly and thighs!

I’m also starting to go back to a routine of blogging more often. I’ve got holiday photos to share and I don’t even know which batch to start watermarking. Would you rather see my Bali trip photos first or my USA pics or my Aussie ones? I’m crazy about traveling and if there is one thing I’ve learnt is that I can’t stay in one place for too long. Wanderlust is a huge condition that I need to overcome.

Meanwhile, don’t be too surprise if you catch me shopping in all sorts of furniture stores in the recent times! I’m on a tight schedule!
