Christmas at Sushi's Place

Gosh! I almost spent the entire yesterday in bed with fever and chills. I felt so sick I didn’t even bother switching on my computer. My fever has subsided somewhat but my whole body is aching like never before and I still feel like jelly. Hopefully all these will pass by tomorrow so I can have a good New Year Eve’s countdown.

I know I said I’ll post up some of my Christmas gifts when I’m free… but I haven’t been hardworking enough… so here are just a few.

I bought multiples in the same design for most cause the gifts were suitable for a few people I had in mind. Those girls that got your gifts… I hope you love them!

I love these smells from Bath and Bodyworks! It’s the christmas edition!

The packages contained a skirt… a rocket and a microscope. I didn’t take pictures before they were wrapped or after they got unwrapped!

I gave each of the girls an Agnes B. lock necklaces as a friendship token =) Mine’s in rose gold which I picked for myself while the girls randomly picked their colors. Clara and Celeste got rose gold as well while Sushi and Koji took the titanium black ones. Personally I love both colors as they’ll suit different sort of outfits.

We were all at Sushi’s place in the afternoon to help out with the preparation! Clara and Sushi were busy in the kitchen and Koji and myself were doing the setups and decoration. I brought all my christmas decoration over including my precious christmas tree tea light holders that I hand carried all the way from Georgia USA!

Clara’s fish pie and scallop soup were a hit with everyone. The sweet girl knew I was allergic to seafood so she did a special portion of soup in a salmon version just for me =) I made the christmas log cake and Sushi did the pasta salad. The result of all our hard work, a gorgeous sit down dinner with traditional christmas must haves such as turkey, honey baked ham and smoked salmon in a beautiful christmas setting.

Gift exchanges was nice… most of my photos turned out a little shaky from this point on though. Suffice to say the happiest one from the gift exchange is little Dr X! Christmas are always the happiest for children. My favorite present among others is a very lovely and sweet tiffany heart necklace in the pale blue box all girls go weak in the knees at.

Dr. X was more eager to open up my presents then I was! lol… Truth be told… as much as I like Tiffany… I’ve never been able to convince myself that it was worth spending so much on it so all the little blue boxes I own have all been gifts. And I’m delighted to add a new one to my collection =) Thanks Koji!

The rest of the night turned pretty wild… we had charades… fashion show… stupid dances and “broken telephone”… lol… it was a whole lot of fun but a little embarrassing to share to outsiders so no photos and I’ve also edited the video to show the more homely christmas parts only =) ENJOY!

PS- video is working fine now! If your bandwidth is high click on the top video to watch… if you have low bandwidth then click the bottom video… it’s the same one just the difference in quality =)
