The peculiarities of a Japanese hotel

My last night in Japan was spent in a typical Japanese run hotel in Narita. And there are some distinctive features I feel that Japanese hotels (especially in Narita) have that is not seen else where.

Other than the fact that the rooms are usually rather small, there always seem to be be a 24 hour convenience store just round the corner with a good selection of Japanese food products.

They would also provide you a simple yukata for you to change into.

In the hotel, there would usually be a couple of vending machines with an assortment of drinks and snacks. And they even have a vending machine for hot food! Fried chicken, noodles, hot dog, fries and even curry! I ordered a pack of fried rice to try and was surprise to find it very hot and yummy!

Lastly, of course is that availability of Japanese porn. A huge selection ranging from the normal to the perverse! Huge J cup girls ( I never knew boobs could be that big!) to getting raped at a bank. You name it and I’m pretty sure they’ve probably thought about it. Not my cup of tea but it is a common feature that Japanese hotels have to give their guests a better night stay.
