Sunday brunches are one of my favourite things. Sleep late, have great eggs, pancakes and other heavenly breakfast item while catching up on the week’s events with your girlies! In my attempt to find a good place in Singapore for pancakes, I met Regina, JW and Jun for brunch at Jewel Cafe. Located at One Shenton Way, the CBD was practically a ghost town on Sundays.
My favourite pancake still goes to the one that Riders Cafe used to serve but Jewel Cafe does it better than most others and until I find a better one in sunny Singapore, this place would do the job for fixing my pancake craves.
