I met Regina for Sunday brunch at Strictly Pancakes. I love Strictly Pancakes concept of an all day pancake place with both sweet and savory pancakes. They remind me of similar pancake oriented restaurants like Pancake Parlor and Pancake on the Rocks in Australia. Regina had a fruits with pancakes while I went for a savory breakfast omelet with mushroom pancake stack. The herb butter and maple were gorgeous with the pancakes but I can’t help but feel that the pancakes are not as fluffy and tasty as those in Australia or those I used to have at Riders cafe. I really need to go in search of a place that serves those nice fluffy pancakes in Singapore since I was told that Riders no longer serves them on their menu.
