For some reason,9 out of 10 times the girls ask me out for dinner, we always end up having steamboat at Koji’s place! Not that I mind of course =) It’s always fun having everyone chit chatting around a cozy hot pot!
Clara and I were put in charge of the ingredient shopping this time and we headed down to Carrefour at Suntec. Just look how huge the solefish and stingrays are!

And the photo of our main meal! We ended up having both steamboat as well as teppanyaki. But as I was well sitted and appleasing my hunger while Mr Chairman cooked, it didn’t occur to me to take any more photos =) The spicy chilli bangers that Clara recommended were absolutely delicious! I gotta remember to put them on my must buy list the next time we have a BBQ or a teppanyaki session.
There was just so much food! I only managed to take photos of one side of the table! Looking at them makes me hungry!
