Sending Off AnDrew to the Airport

An Drew’s last day in Singapore was spent rather leisurely. We initially intended to go prawning at ECP but decided against it in case he smelt like dried shrimp on the plane.

In the end we decided on very early dinner at Wakaru at ECP.

I ordered an Ala Cart meal of Garlic Fried Rice and Pork Cutlets.

The fried rice though tasty, came without those chunks of fried garlic slices that were depicted in the menu. I was actually enticed to order it only because of the garlic pieces (which I totally love!) so I asked the waitress if the chef could fry some up for me. They so nicely agreed!

The tonkatsu and karaage turned out really crispy! If you’re wondering why I ordered so much meat for Japanese meal, it’s because I’m allergic to seafood.

An Drew’s set came in huge bowls! He had rice with unagi and noodles as well!

We managed to squeeze in some time for a round of mini-golf before sending An Drew off the the airport.

Here was my outfit.

      Katherine,

lol… I guess it’s partly due to genes. But as a general rule, I eat what I want as long as I don’t overdo it. I also try to keep active by walking my dogs or go on holidays with lots of outdoor activities. I also like to swim though I don’t do it as much cause it’s damaging for my hair. I need variety to keep me fit… I’m not the sort that can stay in the gym or just run.

      Hailey,

Thanks girl! The top is bought in Korea.

You can read my response to Katherine regarding my figure! lol… Truth is, I don’t have as high a metabolism as I used to and I don’t have the same great figure as 5-6 years ago. But I tend to let such things slide and am not really critical of how my body has slowly slipped into a comfort zone. I love my food too much to give it up!
