Rajasthan is India’s “land of the kings,” with diverse cultures in a vibrant region that transverses the iconic cities of Delhi, Jodhpur, the “Golden City” of Jaisalmer, Udaipur, and the “Pink City” of Jaipur. From 27 June to 10th July, the Tiffin Room at Raffles Hotel presents a 2-week showcase of traditional Rajasthani cuisine known to be colourful, rich and unique; influenced largely by its heritage of warrior traditions, hunting expeditions and ceremonial banquets.
To make the experience as authentic as possible, two guest chefs from Fairmont Jaipur located in the heart of Rajasthan were specially flown in to lead this exciting medley of North Indian flavours.
You will take a culinary journey through this land of splendour and tradition with diverse dishes from across the state presented in an extravagant buffet. Providing a true taste of authenticity, the two guest chefs will be working in the kitchens to present delicacies such as Dal Baati Choorma, Shikari Murgh Tikka, Paneer Ki Chakkri, Laal Maans Gatte Curry, Jodhpuri Pulao and Malpua with Rabri.
