Clara, Daryl and Gio called me at the very last minute to meet them for lunch at Downtown East before heading to the Changi Airport to pick up Pierreluca and Elena.
We decided to eat Mr. Chicken Rice; opened by the ex-chef of the famous Mandarin Hotel’s Chatterbox. The concept is to be able to get hotel quality food and pocket friendly prices.
