I know that the Mid-Autumn festival has passed some months ago but while going through my photos, I had an intense craving for snow skin moon cakes! I wonder if there is any where in Singapore that sells snow skin mooncakes other than during the Mid-Autumn festival period.
Here are photos of moon cakes I had during 2011 mid-autumn festival. They were taken during a little tea session I had at my place when Audrey came by to give me some awesome tasting snowskin moon cakes from Goodwood Park Hotel. ( Audrey is sooooo sweet right?)
The baked moon cakes are from Vietnam were a gift from my neighbors. I’m really blessed to have such nice neighbors.
