Laneige Meets Fashion 4th installment sees them working with ‘YCH’ , a brand that appeals to celebrities with its classic sensibility and modern design. I was invited to join them in their launch recently!
I’m completely in love with the 2017 F/W Laneige wears herringbone fabric makeup collection. The whole vibe is supposed to be modern interpretation of the 80s, but I think the fun polka dot juxtaposed with the serious herringbone comes of pretty sleek and whimsical at the same time and would work in any era.
The leading colors on the Runway is grey and burgundy but the polka dots on the the packaging is mainly pastel pink and blue. The burgundy shades is mainly reflected in the two tone lip bars.

I had fun at the even silk printing my own scarfs and playing with a traditional claw machine. I never ever catch anything usually but it must have been my lucky day cause I caught one!
There are two Skin Veil Base Dot Cushion in the series with SPF14 (S$48) : No. 40 Light Purple and No. 60 Light Green. The green and purple help to correct skin colors with green toning down redness and purple give radiance. The white dots in the cushion contains Water Bank Essence for enhanced brightening and moisturizing effect. The Highly pigmented matte color meets velvet lip primer for natural two tone gradation with velvety matte finish.
My favourites in this collaboration are actually the Two Tone Matte Lip Bars that come in four color combinations (S$36)n : No. 1 Burgundy Mood, No. 2 Red Cashmere, No. 3 Powder Shoulder Pink and N0. 4 Fitting Rose. The highly pigmented matte color meets velvet lip primer for natural two tone gradation with velvety matte finish.
Lastly, they have two Eyebrow Cushion-cara ( S$36): No. 1 Two-Tone Grey, N0. 2 Two-Tone Brown. They help expresses natural lines and provides brow coloring all at once.
