I’m usually too busy during the weekends to post but forward thinking Renzze (yes I know I’m self-praising!) had these post all schedule to post out at their respective timings to entertain you all while I’m out having fun!
Had dinner at this Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles stall at Joo Chiat not to long back. Very crowded but they are famous for their XO Hokkien Prawn Mee (extra oysters that is.) I took the without seafood version but it was just as yummy.
Other than the Hokkien Mee… the fried toufu (beancurd) was really good too.
And here’s my humble outfit…
without seafood?? but hokkien mee are stirred- fried with the ‘prawn shell based ” soup,
Jac,
Lol… remember what I told you about anti-histamines? hehe… these are the times when I pop a few before satisfying a crave. I’ll still avoid obvious pieces of seafood though. It’s not full proof and sometimes I still get hives… but once in awhile I find the risk worth taking.

Wish that’ll work for me…. Last monday, I ate some chicken cooked in sweet sauce, not knowing that prawn paste was used… Confirmed that with the chef when I started to feel some itch…pop some medication when I’m home but still, it was not good enough… the bad effects lasted a couple of days…
