Jill's Big Sendoff!

I left the party early so I could rush down to Changi Airport to see Jill before she left for Shanghai! She’ll be there for work attachment for 8 months and we’ll all miss her…. especially Clara. We wanted to go visit her but due to planning schedules it’s been postponed. Don’t worry though, I’m sure in the coming months we’ll find some time to visit Jill!

Unbelievably, we actually still had some energy left after the send off to go try prawning at Pasir Ris Park!!! Gosh! Talk about an eventful Saturday. Here’s my take on the place… it’s way more expensive, not as much catches and the service absolutely sucks!!!! If you have to go prawning I’ll recommend the Bishan one over this any day. In fact we were all so disgusted with the service at the Pasir Ris prawning store, we wouldn’t prawn there ever even if we were paid to do so! To make matters worse, unlike bishan where the bait is nicely cut up in small pieces and doesn’t stink, the Pasir Ris one use dead rotting prawns as bait  you have to tear off yourself and the smell just stays on your hand…. ewwww! 

Jester’s first catch… I know he looks like he’s having a great time but he’s actually very happy cause he finally got a catch after a long long time… the first catch amongst all of us there.
