{Throwback Thursday} Camping with the dogs

I still bring my dogs out whenever I can for a swim, walk or picnic but I don’t do so as much as I used to a couple of years ago. I guess the multitude of commitments have silently crept up on me over the years and looking back on these photos, I can’t help but wonder if the simple times should have been appreciated better. These set of {Thursday Throwback} photos are taken exactly 3 years ago.

Cooking over a tiny self-made stove was really fun even though it’s kinda silly. There’s a special sort of happiness you get from idling your day away from the usual hustle and bustle of city life and just letting the breeze run through your hair and hear the sound of waves crashing.

Hot chocolate and freshly flipped burgers for me while my dogs had specially baked treats prepared for them.

I also tried drift skating without much progress. It was exactly as hard as I thought it would be! Kudos to those who have mastered it well. I’ve even seen a middle age guy on these in Sydney who could do amazing stunts!
