Had lunch at Tampopo Japanese Restaurant at Liang Court and I loved it! The tonkatsu was crispy yet very juicy and the pork bone soup was rich and flavorful. The pork broth used in their Ramen is supposedly boiled over 2 days to achieve a thick and fragrant state.
On the whole the food was good and I’d definitely go back again.
