Sushi bought the first pack of pancake mix from The Pancake Parlour when she returned from Melbourne last year and subsequently, I bought another packet on my next Australian trip. I love nice fluffy pancakes but can’t seem to really replicate the same texture at home even though it tastes about the same! I guess I need to practice some more! The pancake mix you see in the picture is the 1.75kg one Sushi bought and there was so much mix I couldn’t finish it before the expiry!!! So when I went to Australia, I bought the box of 500g one instead.
