I don’t get much time to cook though I do enjoy the simple home cook food once in awhile. And I’m really picky about the rice. Sometimes it’s hard to find something as simple as fragrant and well cooked rice. I generally find the rice in most places outside to be okay but never as good as the home cooked ones. My family uses Song He Rice (the one with the crane) and I’ve carried on that tradition. What rice do you all use that you find to be really fragrant and have a gorgeous texture?
