Just gonna share some of the other yummies I ate in Penang before I left.
Otak-Otak. A fish paste dish. The Penang Otak is the Nyonya version so it’s steamed rather than our Singapore grilled version. I heard that the best Otak-Otak in Malaysia is found in Muar but I’ve yet to try it for myself.

Penang Prawn Noodles.
Penang is a nice place to go.
