Well, remember what I said about old photos I found in my SDHC cards, here’s one those. The Ben & Jerry’s Chunk Fest 09 which I attended sometime in September! I had a day full of activities and the Chunk Fest was a short stopover cause I’m such a fan of their ice-cream!
Let’s start with my outfit…. I wore my red topshop dress.
And paired it with my Ferragamo red ribbon hair band and one of my favorite open toe boot heels which I bought in Japan.
And now for the event…
It was held at the open grass area at Marina Barrage. It’s a wonderful location for a picnic really. But I wasn’t there to picnic that day… just wanted to get my ice-cream and watch some of the performance!
The whole place was so colorful… kinda reminds me of the 60’s flower power hippies gathering… except no one (that I know off) was high on drugs.
Here’s a guy caught red-handed snapping my photo while I was buying my ice-cream. I think he was with one of the official photographers/videographers at the event.
I had 2 scoops of ice-cream… some limited edition oatmeal + ??? and my all time favorite strawberry cheesecake! I can finish a whole tub on strawberry cheesecake ice-cream in one sitting and still want more! That’s how much I love it.
Quite a number of people brought their dogs along and I found the cutest baby spaniel that absolutely adores me! Louis would have loved her!

that baby spaniel is gorgeous! she and louis will make such an adorable couple. today’s outfit is very daring. kudos to you for wearing that to an event with lots of people! are you going for the girly demure meets rocker chick look again? 😉 i like the dress paired with the rocker boots when i look at the ensemble from behind and the sides. but when i look at it from the front, all the golden hardware and laces of the boots jar with the rest of the outfit and seems rather strange. just my two cents : )

I decided to drop by the event on a whim… had other plans that day instead but since I had some free time after and I was already in town, I decided to head down to try out those new ice-cream flavors. LOL… maybe it was too much hardware for a demure dress but I wanted something different from the usual girlie outfits I carry off…
