I was told that the 3rd day of Chinese New Year is a day that you should abstain from socializing with family and friends because it’s chì gǒu rì (赤狗日) and it will invite unhappiness and trouble. But I’ve never been one who is “pangtang” or superstitious about such stuff and obviously my relatives aren’t either cause I still went visiting and had steamboat dinner at one of my aunt’s place.
My uncle keeps these exotic marine fishes and they were so gorgeous and active, I couldn’t help admiring and snapping a couple of photos!
